# Seedream 5.0 — Text to image (and image to image)

Text to image (https://tryseedream.asia/text-to-image) turns a prompt into an image; image to image (https://tryseedream.asia/image-to-image) uses uploaded reference images plus a prompt. Both use the same models and credit costs.

"Listed but not enabled yet" models appear in the model menu but are disabled until the operator configures a verified provider model ID.
The default (Normal) model runs on Seedream 5.0.

## Options

- Aspect ratios: 1:1, 4:3, 3:4, 16:9, 9:16, 2:3, 3:2.
- Resolution choice (1K / 2K / 4K) on Ultra and NanoBanana 2; Open offers Basic or High quality.
- Output format: PNG or JPEG.
- One image per generation run.

## Credits

New accounts get a one-time gift of 20 credits (enough for 2 Normal images), granted after the account email is verified (email + password signups) or immediately when signing up with Google, with no expiry date. Credits are restored automatically if a generation fails. Plans: [pricing.md](https://tryseedream.asia/pricing.md).
